My 2 cents... The logical thing to do is trade him to Oakland where he won't ever win again....and draft Jimmy Clausen with Oakland's 1st rounder.

If he had raped her against her will, there'd have been evidence in the rape kit. They found a DNA sample but not a large enough one. They did NOT find tearing or any sign of trauma/rape. Is he a moral scumbag for having sex with a 20 year old in a public bathroom. Maybe. I'm not convinced he's a rapist. Yeah you may point out that he has another case pending in Nevada but that chick bragged to her friends how she hoped she got pregnant with a little Ben, she NEVER filed a police report, and is only filing a civil suit because she thinks she can get some money from it. The more I look at this whole situation, I think 6 games suspension when he was never charged with a crime is rather excessive. You have people busted for Steroids/PED's in this league that get off lighter than that. Ben's endorsement deals are done now, and rightfully so, plus he's getting suspended without pay and taking it in the pocketbook all because he got his rocks off in a bar with a hot chick. Seems a pretty heavy price to pay for doing what any other single guy might have done.
The reason no teams wanted to trade for Ben is because there o-line's feared that as soon as they would bend doewn for a play, they would get raped!
I think they tried but not one of the other 31 teams wanted any part of him. Maybe they can get a 6th tomorrow.
