The pro bowl and it's voting is a bunch of shit, unless you want to try to tell me that John Lynch is better than him at this point in their careers. If it went by talent and production, and not popularity and hype, he would have 2 Pro Bowl visits under his belt by now. He's a bit limited in run support due to his frame, but he is not lacking in tackling ability unless he's taking on an oversized tight end, and that is a reality for most NFL safeties. He started out being a liability in coverage but he is a fast-learner and improves his technique all the time. You can tell he is a student of the game, he studies film religiously and is getting better in coverage support by each game, it's amazing to watch. And his athletic ability is obviously in the elite range. If Kerry Rhodes stays with the Jets, his number is going to be retired by the team, I would bet on it. He is an elite player, and you are going to inwardly regret having not realized it sometime in the future.
