Team is just unorganized....the secondary is a joke...but there are issues with this team that go way beyond talent. The staff isnt a professional staff. Guys like Westhoff, Pettine, Callahan etc leaving and being replaced by Jeff Weeks and whoever the DC is that just takes orders from Rex is why this team looks unprepared to play football constantly. You can guarantee we'll waste timeouts in the 3rd quarter and have too many men on the field every week. It's coaching.
