Dig deeper..............He wasn't hurt that bicep/shoulder surgery by Dr. Andrews was just for kicks man.
Indeed, abandoning the run in a game featuring the Seahawk's immortal Seneca Wallace on the other side of the ball?...to the tune of 3 stinking points? Shawn Ellis' game-ending snowball toss was the best Jet pass of that game. on-topic: heading into this week's game, Rex was just being Farve-diplomatic. Rex right now is probably rubbing his hands together and scheming ways of knocking Farve into the middle of next week (and containing AD's cutbacks).
AGAIN, Favre threw 31 times at Seattle NOT 35 and Seneca Wallace threw 25 times. The difference in that game was in 6 less attempts Walalce had as many completions, only 12 less yards, 1 more TD and 2 less INTs. Some nice quotes from a Favre article this morning: Now if his teammates couldn't tell then please explain to me how much the injury was really affecting him? He could still make all the throws, he was making bad decisions and that killed us.
Just as a general disagreement with everything you have said in this thread junc: how can someone be so delusional and watch the same games I do week in and week out?
I have no idea what games you watch and why you are so delusional. I love posters like this, they just attack and don't offer any counter arguments.
Favre may have had the best year of his career last year, why wouldn't he want him? Of course hindsight is always 20-20.
Thank Mangini for still wanting to be a Jet and giving us Sanchez and Edwards (my girlfriends favorite player).
Then again, we did the same thing in Buffalo last year..... The problem I had down the Stretch was the lack of Pass rush and lack of Blitzes... Now THAT I know Rex would never do - he's not going to watch a season go down the tubes as Seneca Wallace, Chad Pennington and a few no-names dink and dunk him all day.... As for Favre - I LOVED THE MOVE... Enjoyed the season... Too bad Mangini turned the defense into a bunch of panzies that year... But, THANK YOU BRETT FAVRE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
