As far as I can tell, the only reason to care about what Rex eats is that he seems to be a great coach, but also seems to be a walking heart attack waiting to happen. I'd like to see him lose 100 pounds so that it's more likely that he'll be around a while.

How Much Does Rex Ryan Eat Every Day?

On CBS 12:00 News today they go after the commercial they?re going to show us how much Rex Ryan eats in a day. The teaser says ?It?s Alot!?.

A New York Post article explains that Rex Ryan eats a staggering 7,000 calories a day.

So how much does Rex Ryan weigh? According to the piece, Rex Ryan weighs 350 pounds. Coach says he started a diet earlier this season, but eventually gave up. He's since gained weight since joining the Jets, in part because of all the good Italian restaurants in the area.

If I am buying a PSL based on Rex as coach can I buy a life insurance policy on Rex equal to the cost of my PSLs? Seems only fair, kinda like Key Man Risk insurance if Jaimie Dimon of JPMorgan Chase drops dead.

My bigger concern our old Coash Herb Edwards is skinny, healthy and unemployed, if he comes back look out below.

 

Just heard this story on Jim Rome. That's absolutely amazing if it's true. I've got to think it's pretty difficult to choke down that much food.

I eat a Chipotle burrito bowl and I struggle to choke anything else down for the rest of the day, and I'm pretty active.

I read there was also almost an earthquake in San Diego last Sunday, turns out it was just Rex Ryan walking up and down on the sidelines during the Jets game.
