So who's the starter opposite Cro? It can't be Wilson can it? We almost have to spend a high draft pick on a corner, right?

And why the hell would the Jets care either way?

I have been reading some Buc sites and the vast majority seem to be about as against this deal as those here that want to keep Revis.

I suspect we will take Milliner at #9 if he is there or the next best corner at #13

Revis has the same agents as Vincent Jackson who signed there last year. With how well that deal worked out for both sides, it makes sense they negotiated his new contract illegally. Helped out the Jets so I doubt they'll bother complaining.

Florio is just bringing up the obvious.

Wilson isn't even that bad. He graded out top 20 last yr.... they should take a CB mid round but we aren't fucked with Wilson there. Also, Isiah Trufant is a definite sleeper at CB.

Awful mismanaging of the team, organization, salary cap, and players has lead to the Jets having to trade their best player. What a terrible situation.

Like $100M to Mario Williams is a good investment. I am thoroughly impressed.

Wilson has proved to be a suitable #2, however I would not be surprised if they draft another corner for depth.

Wait till the trade is complete then file tampering charges.

I guess I missed the part where that forced us to trade our best player...

The Jets still have Aaron Berry floating around, who figures to play a larger role in 2013.

He is saying that you mismanaged your salary cap by signing him. Learn to read between the lines.

Exactly - pick a fight after the trade goes through.

We also have Aaron Berry who may show something this year. And as others pointed out we don't take a 1st round corner to replace Revis. That's just too much pressure for a took.

We will see what the trade brings but I posted way back when that we would get a boatload for Revis,,,,,,I am not sure what exactly a boatload would be but I am pretty sure we ain't giving him away,,,,we will soon know

So what are the two players/positions you use your 1st rounders on? I dont think you draft a corner that high. Theres:

QB - The jets reportedly like Nassib, right? Geno might be there.
    WR - Tavon Austin
    OG - Warmack or Cooper
    OLB - Mingo
    S - Vaccaro

What do you think they'll do?

Hard to trade your "best player" when you really dont have much worth trading.
