This team isn't good. The evidence is in the way we lost our last 3 games. Unless this team somehow cleans up the mental mistakes and becomes more disciplined we would be lucky to win 6 games.

The bolded is, unfortunately, spot on. We have the aura of a bad team right now. We are in every game, but we make all of the costly, critical, and game-changing mistakes that bad teams make on their way to a close loss. We do "just enough to lose." Ultimately, the guy who will (and deserves to) take the fall for this is the head coach.

Rex Ryan himself said this was the best team he's had as head coach. He wouldn't lie would he? lol

Losing is not fun. Rex is in Year 6 and the team is clearly worse than it used to be. If you did take the relaxed approach, you are saying you are fine with being a loser. Jets fans are not. That is why they are always pissed. They want to win, and Rex and the Jets give them a bad product. I know I have had enough. Took 20 years, but I made it.

Schedule has been rough. Offensive play calling has been rough and it seems like Geno has been handcuffed not to run the ball anymore (quite evident yesterday). We played the #1 ranked defense to one score game. Some bad mistakes. It would be nice to see our D create some more turnovers. It would be nice to see our offensive a bit more creative in the red zone. It would be nice to see Ivory run with a lead blocker instead of out of shotgun, where is first step is almost always with hesitation, almost like a counter.

All in all it was a REBUILDING offense against the #1 defense in the league. I'm tired of losing too, but I still think this team is close to being a top tier. I'm just not sure our fans have the patience which may push us back to whole new regime, and a brand new list of excuses titled "Rookie mistakes."

Rex, will get fired if the Jets can't find a way to win; it is the only stat that matters.
