they are stupid, but his velocity is down and the movement on his fastball is awful, certainly looks like he's not getting enough torque fromhis torso, I'd assume the oblique is still sore
Bay's homer was #7. Bot 1st: Tampa Bay - E. Longoria homered to deep left, C. Pena scored Top 3rd: Boston - D. Pedroia homered to deep left Bot 3rd: Tampa Bay - B.J. Upton homered to deep left Bot 4th: Tampa Bay - C. Floyd homered to deep center Top 5th: Boston - D. Pedroia homered to deep left - K. Youkilis homered to deep left - J. Bay homered to deep left
well yes, he isn't right, like I've been saying all playoffs. I just wish they would've said that instead of saying about how Beckett says he's right and he's going to dominate.
Garza should've pitched Game 2 since he's bad on the road. You set him up for 2 and 6 and Kazmir for 3 and 7 Sounds like hindsight, but I would've said this before the game as well had I been thinking about it. Garza all season has been shaky on the road.
One thing is for certain: this game is going to take a while. EDIT: Didn't realize you already said this, Yisman
I'm so angry right now. First they leave Beckett in way too long (I would have pulled him before the inning) and then put fucking LOPEZ in? I hate Lopez so much. I usually love Francona, especially in the playoffs, but he gave the game away.
That was a huge DP for Wheeler to get, though. If Navarro makes a good throw, he's definitely out. Rays only have Edwin Jackson and David Price left in their bullpen. Both are normally starters.
