    extremely long at bat for Varitek. Really working Garza. Ends with a beautiful curveball for a called strike 3.

    and yeah, Upton drilled that ball.

    The way Garza is pitching, it's over. Again, the bats are dead.

    And also, if I could get away with stabbing Duke Vitale in the face, I would.

    Garza up to 100 pitches. He's been dominant, but he constantly goes into long at bats with hitters.

    His pitch count is way too high.

    The Red Sox certainly saved him there from yet another long at bat.
