Tampa Bay set some homer records and Longoria tied a homer record.

No it wasn't. It was a disgrace. Francona blows game 2 and then three games in a row they get fucking killed. It's disgusting. The injuries were a big part of it, but they don't even look like a playoff team right now.

He deserves it. The whole team does, but he's absolutely KILLING them. His wrist may still be an issue, but in that case he needs to have the surgery and stop being an auto-out in the 3 spot.

I may be wrong on the guy but if the Rays 1st base coach is George Hendrick he and Brad Mills the Red Sox bench coach both worked together with the Las Vegas 51s. Kind of useless trivia but also ironic. The only reason I mention is because I'd like Mills to be the next manager of the Mets. Oh wait we got Jerry Manuel.....

It is pretty shocking that the Red Sox are about to get swept in Boston in a dominate fashion like this.

Wow. No more boos I guess. 7-4 now... just a tease though.

Wheeler is one of the shakiest closers in baseball...

The Rays had better hold his 3 run lead for their sake...Wheeler doesn't have the stomach to close out a 7-6 game.

I still can't believe he left Balfour in...

You got Howell and Price...And he lets Balfour pitch after his shakiness? Jeez.

So who pitches the 9th? Masterson?

Either Lester or Beckett should start warming up soon.

There is ZERO chance of Beckett or Lester coming in unless it goes like 20 innings. Francona would say "we need to win 3, not 1" or something similar. It's just not how he does things. It won't matter. This game is over.

Jesus you could see this a mile away.

Wheeler can't close! He doesn't have the stomach!
