Its tough to win in Buffalo. The Bills have played well the last couple of weeks. The Patriots have been inconsistent too, with only one more win than us. We are all suffering the recency effect. Buffalo will be playing for pride and would just love to beat NE. The great news is they have not folded up and will be playing hard.
this game scares me...i dont think the fins will go far in the playoffs regardless....but i just wanna get there....it scares me more if the jets have nothing to play for...why wouldnt they wanna just ruin our season for the hell of it?!?!? ugh....and to top it off, gotta wait till friggin 4 to see this game....im shitting bricks
I completely expect us to win this game, no way chad comes back into our house and wins, despite the fact we have been playing like crap lately. But, unfortunately I don't think we can get the help we need. But hey, lets just win and see what happens.
This week scares me a bit, but I do think the Jets are due for a win. It's at home, I think the Dolphins' record is way better than that team is. I think they're well coached and managed, but I don't think they're that good. Certainly not talent-wise. Same thing with Baltimore. Flacco? Really? I just don't see all of the Jets, NE sans Brady, and the Flacco-led Ravens being 11-5. That just seems insane. I am a pessimistic Jets fan, but you figure there are 8 possible outcomes (2^3) of the Jets/Ravens/NE games this weekend. In 3 of those, the Jets get in. So the odds are not that bad (assuming ties are not possible). From a numbers POV, the Jets getting in isn't that big of a reach. I think they'll beat the Fins since all the Dolphins have are Chad's dinks and dunks plus an over the hill RB in Williams and a never even really on the hill RB except for a couple games RB in Ronnie Brown. I think the Fins are playing way over their heads, plus we're at home. So I say the Jets win and one of Balt/NE will lose. Worst thing we have against us is that the Pats are playing the Bills (ouch) and the Ravens are playing Jax (OUCH!). But shit, it's Christmas, so things will work themselves out Ho, ho, ho, Cornfed
The Bills play well with Edwards at QB, especially at home. They were 5-1 with him early in the year. Division game..thats a good thing for us!
When its all said and done a team with WRs which could not start for some college teams is a beatable team.
