    I like Randy Moss's talent but I hate his character, him and TO are two fuckers whose abilities are overshadowed by their attitudes. I'd rather have slightly less talent and a lot more commitment.

    He's too similar to Santonio Holmes. This team needs a deep threat and/or a tall, rangy wideout.

    I've said it several times before, AT THE VERY LEAST he still commands a double team. You send him deep and let Holmes and Cotchery operate underneath. Not only are both capable of beating single coverage they can make ppl miss after the catch.

    It's the best fit of the WRs out there not named Braylon Edwards

    If we can't sign Braylon, Randy Moss has to be our target. He's tall and is a deep threat and when he's motivated he's one if the best receivers in the NFL. We all know what he did a few years back with the patriots when he had 20+ TDs

    Moss complained about the offensive coordinator not getting him the ball, so Belichick tried to prove a point by not getting him the ball even more.

    Cotch might get more targets, but he's going to be on the sidelines in the Jets 2 WR packages, wonder when he'll get sick of that.

    Totally agree with what you and others are saying regarding Moss drawing a double team though and being a game changer. If he really has his head screwed on straight he's a game changer and lining up with Homes/Motivated Moss on offense is nearly as retardedly Maddenesque as Revis/Aso would be on D.

    That's not how this franchise operates. He isn't a Jet. His mindset isn't a Jet mindset. I've never been a Rand Moss fan because of his bullshit.

    I would only be OK with this if he took far less than Edwards, and that money was used to upgrade a couple other spots.

    For what it's worth, Manish is reporting Edwards got no jail time from Cleveland, but probation and community service.
