We've been bashing him for his lack of arm strength since he got to NY. Joe Montana was criticized for the same, but he had no problem hitting another wideout who seemed too fast for his passes: Rice.

Listen, nobody wanted Chad to succeed more than I did.........we do not have a good enough defense to support his inability to make certain throws.....not just deep ones...he can't run the 2:00 offense

Which throws can't he make? Coming off his most recent shoulder surgery, he's made some tough throws. He lasted the entire season without injury, and now has a full offseason to train and recover more. He'll be better than ever in 2007.

Id have to say watch the high light video (Again; if you already have seen it) we easily forget the spectacular throws we saw Penny make and revert to the struggles that offense went through. I would have to disagree on him not being able to run the 2 minuet drill. He did it in Tenn. He did it in Miami Although Leon took the ball all the way down ,it was still Chad rushing them up to the line and not allowing Miami to get set that made the mismatch in up front personnel to be able to cover Washington.

Ahh! Another thread becoming a discussion about Chad's arm strength.

I don't see what Moss can provide to the Jets other than a big headache, and that's both on AND off the field at this point in his career.

We have great chemistry on the team. Why on Earth would we do anything that MIGHT disrupt that?
