    on the second play, that's some nice work with his hands but from his stance you can tell he isn't going to bullrush and he is going to stand straight up. In the NFL that will not work. Its a subtle change but he needs to keep the offensive lineman guessing by getting low out of his stance the same way every time. luckily he's only like 20 years old or something crazy - loads of potential
