Tanny mentioned in the press conference that they are planning on offering Clemens tendered for next season. He speculated that the value would be worth a 2nd round pick if someone made an offer. If that is true, then we probably are not bringing in a veteran QB to backup Sanchez. Frankly I have more confidence in Ainge as our backup then Clemens. He has yet to show me that he can feel a pass rush.
