I agree that we're likely to see a lot of pressures instead of sacks but the fact that the Bills got 6 against them has raised some expectations.
fair enough. but for some reason teams tend to adjust after giving up a lot of sacks. the dolphins will run the ball and go for quick short passes to compensate for any weakness in the o-line. at least that's what i predict. i hope the jets are ready. i imagine they will be fewer blitzes today but still effective. 25-10 jets!
Six sounds about right. However, I think there is a 50-50 shot he does not finish the game, so it's possible not all 6 will be on Henne
sacks are fun to talk about, but the more important question is 'How many yards running will we hold them to'? Miami has the #1 run offense. They have 'owned' the play clock and put up big running yards on every team so far. i say rex is the first coach to hold miami to under 100 total yards on the ground. ok, now you can talk about sacks.
Dear Jets Fans, Nice predictions boys, Sincerely, FinHeaven P.S In all seriousness, good game and I can't WAIT to go to the meadowlands in a couple o' weeks.
I would agree with you NYJ2K09! Phins need to worry about the Saints before they play us next, just like the Jets need to worry about the Bills this week. GO JETS!
Even if we lose it will be a great game again, this was one of the best games I have watched in a while...... With that said, I truly do think you guys are up for an upsetting in the meadowlands. Atleast with that playing you were doing I mean that scoreboard tells lies, if it weren't for those shady Pass Interference calls and others it would be alot worse. I give it to your punt trick plays for keeping you in the game along with those calls.
I don't disagree with you at all. Miami outplayed the Jets for sure. I just don't see it happening again. Conditions will be different, plus the Jets will have the home crowd and want some revenge. Kind of like the Jets going up to New England in November. That will be tough too.
