And taking it to the bank that they will beat us. Gold.

News flash, Joe--Dennis Green isn't our coach.

Hahahahaha yea Jets have no shot of beating the Raiders.:raiders:

Well actually choking implies that the Raiders would actually have a lead. Maybe against the Cardinals but sorry Raiderjoe Andrew Walter and Lamont Jordon will be bitched around for a full game. And Jet fans will laugh. A WINNERS laugh.

where do you come off saying that the Raiders will definitely beat the Jets? what has been evidenced in your team's play to make such a claim?

yea, we have a pretty easy schedule; but going into this season, how many teams chalked up a win the week they saw the Jets on the schedule? initially, it appeared we weren't better than some of the teams we've already beaten. that's why the schedule is so "easy;" we weren't supposed to be as good as we are. but since we're playing better than we were "projected" to, now it's an easy schedule.

so far, it seems we've exceeded our expectations and, with the exception of 1 game, we've been competitive -- something the Raiders can't say.

    cheers

Couple things First Jets aren't as good as record. (Fools gold) The fact is AFC East is alot weaker than anyone would have expected. Thats why IMO your supprisingly above five hundred- with one of the worst defenses, No running game and no consistant pass rush. All you must admit are key things you expect a team to have, that is a playoff caliber team.

NOW Reason why you are not beating Raiders. Raiders fifth ranked defense against your Offense. Raiders have the kind of defense that not a good matchup- for C pennington. This 2006 version creates more problems for Pennington than the 2002 version. They are going to force Pennington to throw to spots he ill suited to throw too. We know Jets don't have a running game . Also Jets weapons on offense is not going to create problems for a good defense(See Jaguars) Raiders defense is very good.

Raiders on offense versus one worst defenses in all of football. Raiders have alot of talent on offense , but when you go with youth at that position(QB), your going to go through growingpains. (Takes time) A Walter will have fifteen games of starting experience(by the time of game) and your not going to be seeing the same QB you saw early. Also you will probably see all of Raiders weapons on offense playing. Thats J porter- who hasn't played in one game yet but will be playing for something down the stretch, R Curry- Raiders slowly been increasing his playing time as he coming back from injury last two years) and R moss. Now you throw in L Jordan and J Fargas running against ateam(Jets), that can't stop the run. Throw in the fact Jets don't have a consistant pass rush and well you do the math.

HA HA HA LMAO with what defense. you have one of the worst defenses in all of football. Can't stop the run and can't put consistant pressure on QB without blitzing the safeties. You really think thats condusive to beating raiders. SEE Jaguars game to see what good defenses do to Jets <Choke> <Choke> explosive offense. Again we will see if you Bravado changes as this game approaches.

I actually think the Jets have a better chance against Chicago than the hated Patssies, especially after Arizona showed a game plan that works against their D, one which the Jets can execute better.

Joe you do realize that the Jets running game is ranked 13th in the league in yards, tied for third in the league in rushing TD's and more importantly 6th in attempts. That means we are doing enough on the ground to throw the ball and eat clock and when we get in the red zone we put the ball in the end zone.

The Raiders are ranked 26th in defense against the run and 23rd in points allowed per game. The fact is your team stinks, can't defend, can't run the football and can't throw it. You also lead the league in turnovers with 20 in six games. The Raiders may be the worst team in football and with the Dolphins looking as bad as they do, that's saying something.

Alot of you were idiots for buying into the crap the experts said about our team. Refer back to my posts last offseason when I said we wouldn't be as bad as the experts were saying we'd be. I said we'd be around .500 competing for a playoff spot. Looks like I'll be right!

If only you would have thrown in a couple 40 times to further illustrate your point, this would have been the funniest post I have ever read on TGG. Still ranks pretty high though..
