    The NFL is a self-promoting joke of an organization. I guess the people who pick these things for them think that Losman is a "rising star."

    The same thing happened in 2002. Moss/Coles/Chad would put up great numbers and never get nominated.

    Why should Losman throw it up 40 times a game? Both he and the Bills offense have been impressive the last two weeks. They seem to be following the 04 Steelers formula with him lately, pounding the run and letting Losman fire it downfield a few times a game. With a good defense and a physical running game this is an excellent blueprint for regular season success.

    Chad had an INT and a fumble that resulted in the Vikes going up 7-0. A solid performance for the day, but not "Player of the Week" material.
