Obviously I couldn't disagree more. Burress carried a loaded hand gun into a crowded club, which shows wanton disregard for human life. If Vick's people had walked the pit bulls out in public it would have been comparable, and you can be damned sure that Vick would have gotten a lot more than 2 years, even if no one had gotten hurt.
