Is that why a month ago when favre was playing well I was as happy as could be and was giving him credit for playing well? All I care about is winning, I would have been happy to admit I was wrong, i think I did but I was wrong for admitting I was wrong w/ how awful Favre played this last month. You are a Favre fan, I've been to 99% of Jet home games since 1990. I want this team to win no matter who is on it, I don't float from team to team b/c I have a man-crush on a player. I wanted Miami to go 0-16, I wanted us to go 16-0(when I say "us" I mean Jet fans not bandwagoners) so go back to where you came from now that Favre will be gone and let us jet fans get back to discussing the team that we love.

You hit the nail on the head. That would just be the Jets luck. Even as a long time Jet fan who used to hate the Dolphins with a passion NE has taken over the top spot in that regard over the last few years. It would suck if the only by-products of the Jets winning were that NE would win the east and the necessary off-season changes would not be made.

I do hate Miami, I hate Miami more than anyone besides the Giants. So it's ok when I took abuse for saying the Favre trade was a mistake but it's not ok if I mention how I was correct? By the way, I never crow when I am right(which is usually most of the time) but I was and am pissed about this team so I am venting in a different way. There is not a bigger fan of this team anywhere on this planet than myself. There might be those that are as big of a fan as I am but no one is bigger and I have been to almost every home game since 1990, I have sat in the rain, cold, snow, wind, etc.. to watch awful football tems so please don't ever question my love of this team.
I hear you, junc. The funny part is not one of the Chad bashers, despite the hardcore proof in this thead, has admitted they were wrong, not even one little bit. It's always the coaching, the schedule, the defense, the running game, etc, etc, etc. I was called out by name here when we made a run and at least was man enough to admit I was wrong about Favre, because at the time I was. None of that from the "Chad Sucks" crowd.

People are still saying with Chad we would have gone 6-10 this year. Even though in 06 we went 10-6 with mangini coaching, Barlow as our RB, Mccraphands as our #2/3 WR, and robertson at nose tackle.

Some of it was, a lot of it wasn't. That was proven when Clemens came in last year and further proven when Chad went to Miami this year.
