I'm not defending the Phins fuck them, but you can't possibly blame Chad for us losing... no O-line and to many injuries have got to play a factor just to name two...:finssuck::finssuck:

Fair enough, I'm not trying to convert anyone into a Pennington fan there's no point. I'm glad hes gone and I'm more than happy to have Sanchez under center. I hope Pennington retires and has a successful career as a QB Coach..

I always liked Chad, His shoulder just betrayed him too often. I do not think after 3 shoulder injuries on the same shoulder his future will be in football. I wish him a speedy recovery and the best of luck in his future. He carried himself with class and should be treated accordingly!

It may be time for Chadwick to really consider hanging up the cleats and putting on the Polo shirt. All these injuries to his shoulder will come back later in life like what happened to Earl Campbell and his knees. Chad was a great leader for this team and mentor for Clemens, who in turn is mentoring Sanchez.

I hope he rides off into the sunset of being a QB coach before permanent damage is done..

He's actually been healthy since 2006... he was replaced in 2007 after we weren't in a position to win anything and they wanted to get Clemens some experience. I'm surprised, but he's had a decent run on being healthy and he was just due to break.

I'd take him back here as backup/mentor in a heartbeat. He got screwed by Woodhead (Johnson, not Danny) last year.

Exactly. Chad is by all accounts a good guy. While i enjoy seeing the Fish lose, I do not wish any type of injury on poor Chad.

Then again, we all knew it was a matter of time with him. The fish fans over at fin haven have all but realized what we kenw going into this season. Chad is a game manager who can not put a team on his back and win. He's often injured. They are calling for his head already. Its too bad he can not stay healthy, but if he wants to I have little doubt he will be a very good coach of some sort.

i like chad but his noodle arm cant take much more, he has played well so far but ted ginn drops everything and with chad at qb you need reliable recievers because chad cant throw the ball further then 5-6 yrds without it floating up for grabs

he ought just hang it up and take a job as a qb coach

He suffered a serious high ankle sprain in the first game of 2007. He only missed the second game, but there was certainly speculation that he was affected by it the next few games (until he was replaced in the starting lineup by Clemens).
