No way no how would I pay to watch my home team play on Sundays - ever. If you live outside of the area or want to be able to see every game in the league each week, that's a different story, but if they want to start jacking the average fan every Sunday just to see their team play then they can eat shit. I've been a die-hard Jets fan for 30 years but if it came down to that I would boycott the league in a heartbeat and I hope that a lot of other people would too - it's just not right at all no matter how you try to justify it.

Being out of the market, I wouldn't mind a pay per view. I've lived in an apartment complex where a dish was not allowed to be installed, so I could not get Direct TV. I would rather have the ticket to get all the games though. I used to have Cox internet and cable and called them up one day to even see if I could get just CBS2 NY, and it was a flat out NO.

Servers must be thrilled to see you coming. Spend $5 on a seat that usually turns $50. Bet you get a lil extra in your beer from time to time :)

I highly doubt this will happen, consider that every NFL Game has to be on a local channel in their respective market. Whenever any team has a game on ESPn since it is not considered basic TV they will also have that game on one of the local channels such as UPN9 with the Giants or whatever it is called. The NFL would be the only sport to then make fans to pay to watch their teams in their local market, this would be worse then PSLs. I dont think this has any truth to it thought I thnk it was just him making a conversation on air, I did hear the end of the segment so I Could be wrong on how much validity their is to the story.
