The back problem didn't start last year in the Miami game by the way. He's had chronic back problems for a couple of years, which could be related to the fact that he reportedly ballooned up every offseason and showed up to camp overweight and out of shape. Like I said, it will be interesting to see if playing for the Pats inspires him to get his act together or if it's too late. He has talent.
