I guess that's why Patriots season tickets where sold out for 10 years before Brady was drafted, and why there's been a waiting list 50,000 long since 94. How many band wagon Favre fans piled on this site since last week?hmy:
I bet you knew Tom Brady was going to be a special player when he was drafted. ...I mean EVERYONE knew that, didn't they? (Face the facts, you hopped on the bandwagon of cheating team.)
And FYI: The Washington Redskins have the most number of names on their waiting list at over 150,000. The New York Giants, New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Denver Broncos historically have also maintained long waiting lists for season tickets. [5] The Patriots list jumped from 4000 to 20000 in 2003 http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NFL_season_ticket_waiting_lists
Wow..Washington has 150,000? The only way anybody will ever get a ticket there is if the terrorists nuke DC on a Sunday afternoon.
First, we're quoting wikipedia. The linked page, when I looked at it, some moron went in a week ago and multiplied the bears list by 10. Second, I believe that the old waiting list pre-Snyder was that long. Somewhere along the way, between the new stadium, PSLs, Snyder and sucking for a decade, I believe the waiting list has become quite short.
Sure, that's why I froze my A$$ off on those old metal bench's in foxbro watching Tommy Hodson, and Hugh Millen pretend to be an NFL QB's. I've put my time in as a fan so all the Favre fanboys should make real Jet fans just as sick as Patriot Bandwagon fans make me. As for Brady, it didn't take long to see he was the real deal for those watching. He went from 4th string to backup in one training camp and outplayed Bledsoe the entire pre-season. The Boston Media was predicting Bledsoe could lose the starting job before game one so yes, as Pats fans we knew something was going on with him. Now no one could have predicted just how great he would become, but it was clear he could play from day one.
