this might be the stupidest thing I ever said and if it is bash me all you want. But it's kinda of like in the Matrix movie. Kinda of like the part after NEO gets shot up gets back up and flies into one of the agents after the fight in the train scene. We are just not afraid anymore. We believe in ourselves tremendously. It covers all of us, the coaching staff, players, and fans. I am a die heard New York fan from the yankees, to knicks , and in football the Jets. Just like the 1996 yankees this is the proudest I have ever felt to be a fan for a NY team. Im just 20 now so I guess I can only speak about the 90's. But regardless it is a very good feeling to have.
