    That's probably because Mangini and Groh don't have the clout that Parcells or Belichick would have.

    It's not really restricted to football... this kind of thing happens every day in all sorts of fields and industries. A man's reputation and his resume usually do a lot of the talking for him.

    scuffles happen all around the league during training camp every year... id love to hear that someone punched bradys lights out lol
