Now knowing the language that is the threshold for guilt for the league, let's guess the real punishment: Since they made a point of waiting until after the draft was over, I'm guessing the draft pick is at least 1 first rounder, but maybe more since it was in the AFCC and you have to take the gravity of the game into account. Also 1 full season suspension for Brady, at least half a season for Belicheat, and 2 million from both Belicheat and the Patriots organization. That harsh since this is the second time they have been caught red handed cheating.
Interestingly, delay might work against Cheatriots. Brady sitting out a portion of the season will mean higher 2016 pick. Bet a year from now they wished report came earlier so that would be ditched 32nd overall in 2015 instead of something like 10th overall in 2016. I laughed pretty hard when I read Brady's dad's comments about his son's integrity and all that bull. "My son is obviously guilty until proven innocent" well then explain why he didn't assist at all in the investigation? Explain why the Pats attempted to impede the investigation by denying the main players to be interviewed a 2nd time? Kraft made comments about integrity and wanting to get to bottom of this yet he did everything in his power to prevent an actual investigation from taking place.
