The Raiders almost beat the best team in the AFC East. Which proves the Raiders are a Top 5 team.

 

The Raiders dominated the entire game. Then they went into the prevent defense and it prevented them from winning. Buffalo is 3-0. I've seen each game. They aren't better than the Jets.

 

The Prevent defense only works when a team is up by 17 pts. not 7 or 13

 

Oakland has all that defensive "talent" and they stick in a prevent?

I was rooting for Oakland...Way to gag one away.

So rumor has it Kiffin to be fired today.

Yea way to jump to conclusion way too early. Going to be great to bring this thread back later in the year. You will see Raiders passing game start to take off when they get their starting Oline back. Russell hasn't thrown a pick all year. As you saw yesterday If your Qb can't protect the football it can have a devastating effect on the whole team. Raiders didn't lose to Buffalo because oF Russell, they stopped playing the way they were for the first three quarters. Whoeever was responsible for the change of the game plan, cost the Raiders a victory.

 

What's the difference? Ryan can dial up 3 man rushes against 6 lineman just like Sutton can.

Two things cost the Raiders victory. 1. DT- Gerard Warren being lost to injury- M Lynch did nothing all game with him in there. Lynch had some nice runs in the fourth quarter without Warren in there.

2 Raiders did change their coverage in the fourth quarter. Raider are at their best playing man to man defense. They struggle in zone(Denver game and fourth quarter against the Bills)

 

Comeon Mangini been pretty bad this year, but its a little early to be looking to make a change with your coach. I think the syracuse job would be more appealing than the Jet job.
