First off Denver offense is very good, and they are going to be one of the better offenses in this league. Raiders defense is very very good that just played very bad game.( it happens) Okay You do Know there was a team last year that won a superbowl because of their defense. Well go look up what that great defense looked like in the first couple weeks. I believe they gave Up 470+ Yards of offense the first week. So basically Im telling you your reading too much in one game.

Yes, the Giants gave up 45 points and a shitload of yards...to Dallas...who held the best record in the NFC at the end of the season. They also scored 35, making it only a 10 point loss, not a 27 point blowout. You're criticizing people for reading too much into this game on the Raiders end, but you're ready to call Denver one of the best offenses in the league after Week 1? Weren't they a cellar dweller by your estimation in the preseason?
Yes Cutler did embarrass Raiders defense Monday night> Lets see Him do it again when raiders play in Denver. I bet you his numbers will look alot diffrent that week. Take it to the bank. Just to give you a taste of reality....the Giants did lose in week 1 to the Cowboys...but...they also put up over 30pts in that game...it was a shootout, Jeaux....not like the "drive-by killing" that Denver handed to the Raiders.

Who care if its a 10 point loss or a 41 point loss(see jaguars two years ago against Jets) A loss is a Loss. Some times everything Just goes wrong.(teams call the perfect play against a particular defense ) Again Denver offense I always thought was going to be good. There defense just isn't very good. They didn't stop Raiders running game at all. Just not for a couple drops by Raiders Wrs they would have given up some hugh chunks of yardage. Raiders didn't make the plays on offense rto keep this game close. Once it became obvious Raiders were going to have to pass ,that defense could take alot more chances.(look alot better than they are)
