Because as athletes age they begin to decline, and once the decline begins it usually happens quickly. T.O. has been in obvious decline for the past 2 years if you actually opened your eyes and watched him play. Their is really no reason to think he's going to stop declining based on mountains of evidence of aging athletes that came before him. If you choose to close your eyes, look the other way and pretend like none of this happens, enjoy being ignorant. Their's a good reason no one has made him an offer, his skills no longer justify the risk of dealing with him.
