Because as athletes age they begin to decline, and once the decline begins it usually happens quickly. T.O. has been in obvious decline for the past 2 years if you actually opened your eyes and watched him play. Their is really no reason to think he's going to stop declining based on mountains of evidence of aging athletes that came before him.

If you choose to close your eyes, look the other way and pretend like none of this happens, enjoy being ignorant. Their's a good reason no one has made him an offer, his skills no longer justify the risk of dealing with him.

Florio Thinks Terrell Owens might go to the Jets?

    Why do we need someone?

Who did we Lose from last year?

No one, that's right. Holmes is a bonus. Sanchez still has plenty of options including all the same passing targets from when he was at his best.

What about the great philanthropist David Clowney? All he has to do is run in a straight line to open up the middle for the other Wr's. That's not asking too much is it?

Florio also 'broke the story' that Rex Ryan is 'unhappy' about Revis' 'injury' fake and didn't find it amusing. Sorry no link.

God, I really have to go make some art and start avoiding Revis talk to calm myself down because at this point, I almost feel like kicking Revis off a bridge with Rex Ryan as a weight. Geronimo! Jesusfukk, why can't people shut up.

    HUH??

I get the Revis annoyance, but Rex? Rex has done nothing to annoy fans, the only odd news was months ago and he was flipping off Dolphin fans. That's great news to me!!

I'm really starting to see why everyone hates Florio.

You're such an obvious troll. Yes jtrain, it's a huge catastrophe that we won't sign an upgrade to our #4 WR. How will will the Jets offense function this season without the declining skills of T.O.?

While I still think TO still has juice left in the tank I'd hardly call not signing him a "fucking catastrophe"

Why sign Owens? He is toast. We have enough with Cotch, Edwards, and Holmes.

We thought we were set at WR before Holmes ever came into the picture so why all the cries for someone to fill in during the suspension when Holmes was just a bonus for us anyway?

If T.O joins the Jets, will he cry for Sanchez the way he did for Romo?

I have a high suspicion of doubt that Sanchez would take Meadow to Mexico on vacation the week before a playoff game. Sanchez is a football player 1st celebrity 2nd not the other way around.

I think I'd rather have Clowney.
