That team doesn't bother me in very large part because they went undefeated 4? years before I was born. Furthermore, this Patriots team has a higher douche content. T. Brady, Harrison, Vrabel, Washington, K. Brady (fumbling stiff with the Jets), Seau, Wilfork, Moss, Mankins, and Light are all tough to take. I'm thrilled those guys are all going to be associated with a team finishing 18-1 after starting 18-0. If the Patsies won, we'd still hear about the 1972 Dolphins, but we'd also have to hear about the 2007 Patriots for the rest of our lives.
David Tyree made one of the best catches I've ever seen. Between Eli sneaking out of that pocket to avoid the sack and just heaving the ball towards Tyree and then he made the catch, that was the Play Of The Game in my opinion.

It's probably either that one or the one Lynn Swann made along the sideline in front of Mark Washington in SB10. Even when you watch that one on film and you've seen it before, you still don't really believe what you're seeing. Swann was in the air and his whole body would have been out of bounds if he fell straight down. He had such amazing body control that he was able to land inbounds.
