ah fuck him, hopefully he's cut in the off-season. Call me crazy but I would be interested to see Hill and Chaz on the outside with Keller. As well as Kerley in the slot. Not optimistic but I would like to see two big bodies on the outside how that would work with Mark. If we can't run it as well, we gotta get plays down the field.
how bad is it that i don't give two fucks if hes out for the whole season? holmes is a clown and this team needs to wash away the scum. lets see how well hill will play
Because he was faking it. He will be shutdown the rest of the season and then cut. We will have to eat his salary, but it will be worth it. I'm glad he is hurt just because I don't like him as a person. I hope he never plays another down for the Jets!
It really is strange. It's like all of a sudden the Jets can't get the best doctors and everybody's MRI machine is broken. Can't remember seeing an injury take so long to diagnose.
That's weird. He and Sanchez have a weird relationship (Sanchez is always saying how 'comfortable' he is with Keller. Moreso than any other receiver). I wouldn't be surprised if they did some interesting things off the field...
Holmes is certainly a douche, but Jets fans certainly shouldn't be excited about our #1 receiver being done for the year. As we saw most recently in Miami, Holmes is still our best offensive weapon (and it's not particularly close.) We're a significantly worse team without him.
unlucky to have both holmes and revis essentially out for the year. This is gonna be a long season most likely.
thats what im saying. holmes might be a total douche, but to say you want him gone RIGHT NOW is sortof moronic. without him, we literally have absolute, positively, 100% nothing.
We pretty much had nothing anyways and I am actually glad he is done. I think he is a cancer and deserves to be treated as such.
i'd never wish for someone to get injured, but whatever i'm just saying. now we went from being a potential 8 win team to nothing
The Jets will not sign a veteran receiver they pick up someone off a practice squad the same way they've addressed their other needs the last week.
