Hey Wolfe, I see you sent me a PM...what time do you think you won't be online and when do you think you'll be back?
I'm going to hang around till 8:55 and then I'm watching my two favorite tv shows on CBS from 9-11. I'll PM Murrell my top 3 draft board if I have to a half hour from now.
Murrell, I PMed you my draft board because it looks like my pick is going to be while I'm in school for the 3rd straight day. I'll be back around 3:00 PM tomorrow, and I'm just sending it now just incase I forget.
Munchak was a good pick by ganooch. Of the guards remaining he was tops on my list. I should get the guy I want with my next pick.
So how much are we factoring schemes into this? Can 43 DE play 34 DE? Can we put a 34 OLB at 43 OLB? Etc etc...
What I meant was, can we take a player that played 4-3 DE or 4-3 OLB, and put him at 3-4 OLB? Or do they have to stick with the positions they played throughout their career
I would say no...If they played DE then I think it would be best to draft him as a DE. Unless other people think otherwise
I guess you can move him to 3-4 OLB, but I think it should be taken into account that his value rating and your defensive ratings should go down in polls because you have players playing in awkward spots. I also don't think it's as interchangeable as it is today, because as a whole, players are much better athletes now a days and much bigger and faster.
I am done drafting LBs, so if you have a question on a LB you can send me a PM and I might be able to help. Just don't ask me about DEs because I still have to draft two.
