Why don't you just start a poll at the end and let people vote on who had the best team?

 

That is the way to go. Until the draft concludes, it would probably be best for them to simply say whether we drafted our players at a good spot in the draft. For instance, Winston might say, "Murrell2878 took Slater with the 33rd pick. This was a little high for Slater I think. However, he did grab Jones at 13 and I think Jones is a top 7 or 8 type of guy."
That would probably be alright.
But if somebody did a Mel Kiper, Jr. and began posting best players available, that might be too weird. I know in fantasy sports drafts, when people start mentioning players who haven't yet been drafted, people get angry.

After we are done I am going to comment on all our teams and note the best and worst picks of each person. We could all do stuff like that in addition to reading comments from non-draft participants.

For the Madden fans, I heard historic player likenesses will be in the 07 game. We may actually be able to put our all time fantasy teams "on the (Madden) field."

 

That would be awesome, I remember they had that in 03, I believe. I missed 04, but I know they didnt have it in 05 or 06. Too bad, it was a great feature

 

Oh, I fully agree a best player on the board thread would not be good, just a panel of guys to discuss picks already made, we shouldnt get any board help for picks,

Also we should have multiple polls after, best team, best D, best O, best Linebacking core, best d-line, etc.

we are putting lots of work into the research, might as well get as much as we can out of it

 

A discussion panel sounds interesting. It would be a good idea.

I really stepped on some toes with my last two picks, Youngblood is 2 round talent but kind of slipt under the radar, I am happy to have him, he won't go to waste

 

St. Clair was my guy if Shell was gone, awesome pick, he is definately top 5 all time LTs
