I didn't have a "can't miss" player today, but there were a LOT of good players that I think could have helped the Jets. I wish I could see how the Jets have the players ranked. The media had Perine as a 3rd round pick and Leggett as well. Vince Biegel, Tarik Cohen, Dorian Johnson, Carl Lawson, Joe Wilson, Donnell Pumphrey, and Michael Roberts all probably could have made the team and made solid contributions.

Chances are the guy they pick coming up will have just as good a chance and we get an extra luxury pick in the 6th

Let's see where they go before the criticism

I love padding out my team with near-UDFAs

Immediate reactions crack me up, the draft isn't even over yet and it's already "the worst draft in franchise history."

This may be Macc's make or break draft... he better hit with these bargain picks.

He may not be around to see he results. Not saying because of this draft but if some of these picks take 3 years to develop might be some other GM reaping any rewards

I think we missed out on Dobbs. His forehead game was stronger than Peyton's.

Here's my beef... every year that I researched the draft, by the time it got to my pick every round there was always a player or two I was just itching to pull the trigger on. this lackadaisical oh it's only 20 spots lower who cares attitude is a sign of cluelessness

Try looking in the mirror. No one has even come close to saying that this is the worst draft in franchise history. You're the one with the dumb immediate reaction.

I want Jets to trade down another 5-6 spots, just to see some heads exploding here.

They traded down from 85 to 96 and got pick #124 in the fourth round
We traded down from 107 to 141 and got two sixth rounders (#197 and #204)

Their other trade they moved down a round and got a player back, whatever.

And the Seahawks got a sixth rounder to move down ONE FRIGGING SPOT from 34 to 35, it's not exactly hard to get sixth rounders for a reason.

Did you not read the post I quoted that said this might be the worst draft class in franchise history? Reading comprehension is your friend, friend.

    2nd Round - OL (70%) LB (55%) TE (50%) WR (49%) DB (46%) QB (27%) DL (26%) RB (25%)

    3rd Round - OL (40%) TE (39%) LB (34%) DL (27%) WR (25%) DB (24%) QB (17%) RB (16%)

    4th Round - DL (37%) TE (33%) OL (29%) LB (16%) WR(12%) DB (11%) RB (11%) QB (8%)

    5th Round - TE (32%) DB (17%) WR (16%) OL (16%) DL (13%) RB (9%) LB (4%) QB (0%)

    6th Round - TE (26%) OL (16%) DL (13%) WR (9%) DB (8%) RB (6%) LB (5%) QB (0%)

    7th Round - DB (11%) OL (9%) QB (6%) WR (5%) DL (3%) LB (2%) RB (0%) TE (0%)

Macs pretending like we're a winning team by refusing to draft at the top of the round. A boy can dream
