Classic, blame the accuser then deflect deflect deflect. I really don't know what Duke has to do with this other than a need to deflect away from the story of the day. But seriously, how did McCant's get literally straight A's in African studies yet fail and get D's in a bunch of other courses. Doesn't sound like the brightest guy. Even the staunchest supporter HAS to question that. If Jerami Grant got straight A's I'd be a least a little suspicious. Tyler Ennis, probably not. Justin Pugh was valedictorian. _
you don't want to open up the canon SU b/c I know for a fact guys skate through b/c I know players on recent teams. if rashad did this w/ the help of roy and company he needs to prove it, a guy like that who wasted a promising career doesn't get the benefit of the doubt. Rashad should be an all star caliber NBA player and can't get a sniff in the league and he thinks UNC and Roy are part of the reason. he is not credible in any way, if he brings some real evidence I'll change my tune.

I am not deflecting, just don't get giddy over something like this where there is no evidence. rashad has been disgruntled w? the program and Roy specifically for a long time. It's sad, should have been a big time NBA player, had all the talent in the world and wasted it and now wants to try to blame others.
Who's giddy? This happening to another ACC team does not benefit me. I'm not some Dookie gloating over this. I find it interesting is all. There's gotta be some fire with that much smoke. I dealt with Bernie Fine for a few years and that sucked--just like the Jo Pa stuff sucked for Penn State. There is no great answer to any of the stuff that goes on--you just have to hope they play as clean as the system allows you. But nobody is truly clean. I saw Tony Red Bruin driving a beautiful black Trans Am that he wasn't paying for. And whether he became a bigtime NBA player or not is irrelevant. _
I mean in theory, some players wouldn't need the help to pass their classes. So those guys probably would remember things differently
I just saw this yesterday on ESPN. While my suspicions have come to fruition, I can't help but feel sorry for the occassional Tarheel player and/or coach who might've played it straight. But alas, it appears North Carolina's the modern day 'CCNY'
