The MSG crowd is pure garbage. What a shame that building turned into what it is.

We know about the Jets and Rangers, jonny

Could you post a comprehensive list of all the NYarea sports teams you also despise as it will help clarify your posting agenda.

And while you are preparing it, could you also post a copy of the goals off skates rule since I can't seem to find it anywhere

    Thanks

Jonny hates the Jets, Jet fans, Rangers, Ranger fans, Knicks, Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Red Cross, kittens...etc... but he loves the Cosmos!

can't be nearly as weak as the new yankee stadium crowd, is it? there was a once proud and loud building filled with firemen, cops, construction workers, and many other various lunatics who were great fans. now it's lined with corporation wave at the camera selfie taking pansies. it's very upsetting to me to see that from out here in southern cal.

    Preds 4, Rangers 1.

AV acknowleding post-game that he just might not have the personnel from which to employ his attack style (really?) and may have the Rangers go back to trying to win games 2-1.

As for the MSG crowd, Predator's Rich Clune:
"This is a demanding crowd. You can hear the crowd getting on them, letting them know what they thought.

Cally out 4-6 weeks with sprained MCL.

    MR.

    You are soooo dead on.

I think the real problem with the team..and its a problem since Sather took over, is there is no true identity to the team as a whole. The team is a total and I mean TOTAL reflection of whoever the coach is. While that sounds very obvious it really is not.

You look at the Devils over the years no matter who their coach is and there is and idenity to that team. Same for the Bruins. Same for the Penguins...you can go down the list.

Not the Rangers. Besides having a very good goaltender there is nothing there. Sather has been a disaster in my opinion. He has not pulled one very good goal scorer out ot the draft in forever. He first came here with an open wallet and everyone thought that this would be a true success story because Sather had the one thing here that he did not have in Edmonton....money. So he spent like a drunk sailor. Problem is he forgot how to judge talent? Or was lazy at the job because he now had money.

So the team has had more makeovers and wasted time with a very good goaltender for almost a decade now.

What is this team? We led the league in fighting several years ago and now we have one true fighter that is 5'10" MAYBE 180. Went from blocking pucks to the most flawed..yet talented roster we have ever seen. Not the most talented roster ever...but still..this is not a bad roster. It had enough on defense IF Staal would be Staal.

I still think this is a ployoff team...really do. Just that this is not a team that will plow its way in the playoffs and so many posters have mentioned perfectly the absurd roster with toughness and hitting. This team doesnt even have the prick that gets under everyones skin guy that all good teams have. On top of that we have a captain..who I love...who survived on grit first and then talent..who cant stay on the ice anymore.

Which leads to the biggest problem which is an owner who sticks with a GM on the hockey side because the owner dresses..sings..and acts in a time warp of the 80's..which makes him so in love with who Sather used to be.

Sorry for the rant...but it was actually very theraputic...everyone should try it.

This team really couldn't be any more of a mess this year. AV making comments like that makes me think he's in way over his head.
