A shity deal for the oilers. He's on pace for a 30+ goal season until he comes to the rangers.

Its not easy to accept certain things about this team..certain weaknesses...but maybe Im old school. I cant take having a team that has no way to defend themselves. Guys fighting our guys with smirks on their faces while they are wailing away. I really cant take that part.

A guy skating past our bench and hitting Nash's stick and saying after an illegal hit "what are you guys going to do about it".

I really cant believe this team has nobody to defend other than a 5'10 180 guy. Hey...God bless him..some set of balls.

How does a team go into a season with no fear of retaliation? Sorry..but hockey to me is a ton mental. You have 6'7 Brian Boyle fighting just the way my mother did when teaching me when I was kid..only difference is she had a good right...and would kick his ass today at the age of 80

I know there are other problems...goal scoring etc...but I just cant get past the part of entering this season with nobody.

How did Torts and his goon laden team do this week vs the Rangers in the scoreboard dept?

I'd much prefer focusing on hockey players than worry about finding an no talent Dave Schultz to waste a roster spot on.

Can't believe I'm saying this but Stu Bickel should be in the lineup, play 8 minutes as the 6th dman and protect all the fairies we have

I knew Prust would be a loss, but Montreal paid too much for him but he has worked out.

Way too much...nice little 4th line we had, that we screwed up, Prust- Boyle- Feds...Pouliot scratched tonight vs Sabres, no word on defensew yet but either Falk or DZ will sit, Moore should be back in...

Yeah Prust was a real key guy, but there's no way the Rangers could or should have matched that offer. It's just one of those things

Bob Mckenzie on TSN Radio : Also sounded confident that Del Zotto will be moved. Interested in seeing what news comes of this.

    B. Prust was a monster on the penalty kill, created a lot of offense during it. Where have those days gone?
