Falk out for Del Zotto: AV says ... Miller stays out

Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault says he was told Del Zotto was "a much better player"

I got news for all of you, Girardi has never been a great defenseman. He plays hard and blocks a ton of shots, he shined in Tort's system. I don't think it's a huge drop off as much as it's he doesn't play well in the system.

Whats the deal with all these Penalty shots? we look like complete dog shit. That move Nash made could't be any weaker.

a penalty shot has ALWAYS been a losing proposition for the shooter.....ever since I can remember its been far less than 50% success rate so why u bitchin my man?

Two thoughts based on last night's performance:

    1) Henrik Lundqvist is still capable of winning a game all by himself.

    2) Can we all agree that Tortorella had some kind of personal issue with Kreider? The kid now has 11 points in his last 12 games, and is third on the team in scoring behind Richards and Stepan.

    1) Hank owed us one after the boston game

    2) jury is out, it's possible Kreider was too much of a baby to play for Torts too. AV sent him to the Wolfpack when camp broke too, remember?

True, but Torts would have sent him back down after the Rangers lost two in a row.

Kreider is easily identifiable as one of the more effective players on the ice at any time (i am watching games again).....I'm sure he would not have sent him down if he were playing like he is now. But your question is fair, did Torts have it in for him...or like i said, did Kreider play scared under torts......think fair answer is that it was a combo.
