well that's is the one thing that i would point to as a positive as a Ranger fan.....fact of the matter is they made Holtby look good in Games 1 & 2.....he hasn't robbed anyone yet....last night they finally got some quality scoring chances and they wound up in the net. Hank has been standing on his head at times, and at other times letting in questionable goals so I'm not sure what to make of him this series yet. Holtby showed some weaknesses last night.
No intelligent fan thinks Holtby is better than Lundqvist. No Caps fan does, that I know of. Maybe that is from the media? Holtby is a solid, young, 23 year old goalie though. He has made some great saves in his young career, including last year's playoffs.
Exactly. People rather take something for the tickets then eating them. I also think the fees are less when you get them directly from the stubhub office. 2 hours before the even is when you can grab them for cheap.
I would take Holtby in a second (if the Rangers did not have Lundqvist) But to be honest, either team (whoever wins this seriers is not winning the cup)
Download fee is 5 bucks, stubhub office pickup fee is 15 bucks Are you saying that they will bypass their own fees if you just randomly show up?
Ovechkin is so fucking pathetic. Besides the dive last night on the high stick penalty, look at his "effort" on the Stepan goal.
One thing about Ovie always impressed me, the way he doesn't shy away from the rough stuff, unlike Cinderella Crosby, but I lost a little for him with that pathetic act like Richards decapitated him, pretty weak...
He's not even in the ready position. He's just skating around like there was a whistle on the play. All capped off by the tepid one handed stick check of Stepan in front of the net. And he's the captain of the team.
Basically as the center on that play, he's gotta at least tie up Stepan on the way to the net. Nobody else showed their best effort on the play either, but yeah Ovie definitely mailed that in. Terrible play all around but he wasn't even taking a stride, straight coasting.
Lundqvist, last year's Vezina winner, is a finalist for the award for the fifth time. Thats beast mode
