I fear the worst today, just think the papers will be full of keep it shut Rex type headlines tomorrow I think Manning will find a way to get the ball to receivers down the seam and across the middle but lets hope I am completely wrong!!!!
A lot of the TV analysts are picking the JETS to win tonight! We need to get the run game going tonight!!!!!!!!!! GO JETS!!!!!!!!!
I could barely sleep in anticipation. Got about 2 hours worth...and still need to wait around 12 hours for the game...ugh..
My big conern tonight is LT vs Greene. I think everyone on here can admit they grew tired late in the season of watching LT run into the line and fall over for a two yard gain. Greene should get the bulk tonight IMO. This is app. the reason why we "saved" him all year for the playoffs. Not to mention he was killing the Colts last year before he got injured. I think we're gonna have to put up at least 24 tonight to have a chance of a win. I'm confident in our D but you have to realize Manning is gonna score no matter what. Smith/Poole need to have the game of their lives because the Colts are going to attack the middle of the field. Coleman/Lowery as well. Wayne and Garcon will be limited but I can just picture White pissing on Drew Coleman all night. I dont except to see a major pass rush. We havent really had one all season so I cant hope for a miracle. Its like hoping Sanchez throws for 400 yds. In order to win this one we're gonna need a big play or two on special teams and turnover the Colts at least twice. Also we need to get it going early. Sure...we've been the comeback kids all year but going down early, against Manning, on the road, in the playoffs wont work. Final score...who the fuck knows. My predictions are shit... But Colts fans...if you do win. You better make it the AFCCG and send that mop haired faggot home!!
Time for me to begin my 4.5 hour drive from the northwest burbs of Chicago to the armpit of the Midwest, Indianapolis. Will be rocking the green Mangold jersey! Go Jets!!!!!!!!!
The 2010 Colts remind me a bit of the 2009 Pats. Off year for the QB, losing close games, etc. I kind of expect the same playoff result: getting destroyed at home when they're expected to win.
I hear that. I'm really thirsty for some revenge tonight. I hope the Jets establish their run game early.
The X-factors for the game (For the Jets) are Bart Scott and LT. Then for the Colts Robert Mathis. They say run it to Freeney's side since he naturally creates a run lane.
