    Saints had the inside track on this guy from the very beginning with Rob Ryan. As long as the everyone gave similar financial offers, I don't see why he'd go elsewhere.

    can't lose what you never had. we got barnes,so losing out on butler is no big deal. where we are right now,starting barnes and mcentyre instead of pace and b.t. already increase the speed at lb.we have potential on the bench with sapp and if we draft olb high like is being expected the lb corps will less of a weakness than last year at worst
