Exactly... at some point is has to stop being the team and the player has to look at himself... at this point I have no problem making him playout the season... he's obviously not gonna hold out... and the last thing a guy looking for money from a future team wants to do is quit on his present one during the season...
This whole mess is 100% business, dollars and cents. Kendall is a multi-millionaire on the downside of a decent career who wants a raise, the problem is he's not holding the right cards at this time. The fact is, it's a shame it went like this and he should have kept his mouth quiet. If he were a bag boy at walmart and needed an extra dollar/hour to help feed his family then I could understand his anger at Tanny for not holding up to a "handshake" agreement for a better deal, but you are talking about $1,000,00 Dollars (say it as Austin Powers, its funnier) and "handshake" agreements tend to get complicated at that level ... Kendall should know and expect that and stop crying like a baby. I say at this point the negatives outweigh the positives ... goodbye Pete, you were a good Jet for some time good luck elsewhere.
