    that was beatiful. I can't believe the Cards let Reyes steal like that. Just beautiful. I was afraid Lo Duca wouldn't come through.

    Gary Cohen is a guest announcer for playoffs. Comes in and announces 2 innings I believe.

    i pray that we can get through this tonight but i just have this gut feeling that we will absolutely demolish suppan tomorrow. Make sure everybody fullfills there superstitions tomorrow before the game

    Thank you for posting what I was thinking. At some point a few years ago it was decided that a catcher would never throw through on a steal of second with a man on third, no matter what the situation was, and no matter who was on third. The Cardinals giving up that potential fourth run with Michael Tucker on third was simply ridiculous - did they really think that Tucker would risk making the final out at home plate in that situation with a 2-0 lead?

    any body catch looper digging his nose for a answer to his problems? btw this is the first time he pitched good for the mets... Its about damn time

    yeah, on SNY. He did games on WFAN until getting the SNY job.

    Agreed. I don't know how they let a critical run get into scoring position without even caring. At least cover the damn bag.

    Worked great for us.

    It's lunch time here in Sydney and I actually just got a turkey sandwich in honour of you guys. I hardly ever eat that bird. Cranberry sauce too.

    i think that ever since duaner went down heilman has been our closest thing to an automatic out.... i feel more confident with him out there than wagner most of the time
