Was leaving the casino last night, wife needed to pee. Wheel of Fortune 25 cent machine was up to 680K for the jackpot. Watched this guy hit 2 of the 3 needed to get said jackpot. $200 was his payout. Told my wife I would have cashed out, taken a dump, and wiped my ass with the $200.
You know what, I started writing a response to you both (benhamean and PatsFan2003) and then realised how many better things I could be doing with my life. Happy New Year.
Once Tyler Brayton gets a fine at least equal to that given to Alosi, and the Panthers a fine at least equal to that of the Jets, fans of other teams can talk about "accepting" the fine and moving on. Until then, it's just another typical arbitrary ruling by Roger Kraft-Goodell.
Jay Glazer just showed proof of the PATRIOTS attempt to trip a JETS player. This video was the proof of the "PATRIOTS doing the same thing" that the JETS got fined for accusing them of.
On FOX. I recorded it in case if it doesn't get posted i'll put it up. The Pats formed a wall of players, not coaches or inactives and the last guy attempted to trip the gunner.
Put up Bradshaw saying he doesn't like rex too... The rest of the panel looked at him like the asshole he is
I'm glad you saw that...what an asshole Bradshaw came across as...then he tells JJ that he had a little of that (Rex) style in him.
The Jets found out about it when the signed one of the Pats practice squad players... He came right out and told the Jets they're taught to do this by the coaching staff and directed them to plays where they've actually attempted to trip gunners
Howie Long looked pissed and after watching it again Bradshaw looks like he knows he stepped in shit there
Pats caught cheating again? http://nfl-facts-and-rumors.blogs.c...988/27081776?ttag=gen10_on_all_fb_na_txt_0001 The Jets were fined a large chunk of change ($100,000 to be exact) for "TripGate." The extent of the fine was based on Sal Alosi's physical actions on the sideline against the Dolphins and Mike Westhoff claiming the Patriots engaged in the same tactics. Turns out, they (allegedly) do just that. Jay Glazer of FOX Sports reported Sunday that the Jets found out about the Pats illegal sideline antics and actually showed a videotape of a Pats sideline wall with the final member attempting to trip the Jets gunner. Apparently, a former member of the Patriots practice squad told the Jets that New England practiced the sideline wall manuever, and it appears that the Jets pulled the footage from a game against New England. Glazer pointed out that if the Jets had sent this footage to the league office, then it probably would have been the Patriots getting fined and not New York. He's probably correct, too, because a large portion of the league's fine of the Jets stemmed from Westhoff's public comments. If, instead of making public allegations about the Pats behavior was similar to Alosi's, the Jets had sent the tape to 280 Park Avenue in New York, there's a pretty good chance Bob Kraft would have been cutting a check too.
This deserves its own thread. http://nfl-facts-and-rumors.blogs.c...988/27081776?ttag=gen10_on_all_fb_na_txt_0001
The issue we now have is why the NFL was so quick to fine the JETS for something they had to prove, Yet,the Commish takes all season to handle the Favre situation? It stinks and makes ZERO sense.
