S/LB type doesn't fit in our defense.

Who's the most likely to take Goff between the current pick and us?

Steelers love converting QBs to WRs, they got another one.

I'm surprised they didn't take Josh Johnson over Dennis Dixon.

Schuening to the Rams, so he's no longer an option for the Jets at 162.

Where do you guys think Dixon would have gone if he didn't tear his ACL?

If the Jets pass on Carl Nicks, then it will be the right choice. Bill Callahan knows him VERY well, so if he is passed over, it has to be for a reason, or reasons.

The same spot, maybe the 4th round. He's not an NFL quarterback.

We moved back in the 4th round and grabed an extra 5th rounder.

Back in late March...I can't remember which site it was... but I believe it had Nicks a second round choice to the Jets...maybe third round....

I'd love to get Goff in 5th.
If he's gone, Rubin is still out there!!

He did explain it. We traded down in the 4th, and picked up an 5th.

I like the Lowery pick. Branch and King weren't available, so Lowery was probably the highest rated DB on the Jets' board.

He's extremely versatile: Can play either safety or corner.

He just knows how to make plays. Scored a TD on a blocked punt, blocked FG, kick return, punt return, and on multiple interception returns. He just makes plays.

I didn't say he did, but he would be a great fit in a 4-3.

And I didn't bold Ahtyba Rubin because we have Kris Jenkins and Sione Pouha and NT is one of our positions that is definately set.

The value is amazing for Rubin though...
