The Pats will destroy us without Revis, we will have no shot at all of stopping them without Revis

I think we have one MIA game after NE then the bye. So if you have expand that out, we want to go at worst 2-3 over the next 5, but to have any shot at the division we need to go 3-2 with MIA/NE wins or 4-1 with those wins.

Patriots lose next week. Yup, 3 game losing streak. The Jets win in a tight game with the 49ers assuming we return to our week 1 glory.

no they wont. How many times must this be said. Revis is not the JETS. IF the JETS somehow manage to put pressure on Brady and if our offense wakes up, we win. These things can happen. Stop with the "no shot" nonsense.

Not to nitpick, but Seattle moved to CenturyLink Field (formerly Seahawks Stadium and Qwest Field) in 2002. It's been a decade since they played in a dome.

i dont see anyway we beat SF and houston. not with their run games, defense, and pass rush. they are basically a better version of us....and if revis is out they are significantly better versions of us.

its not that easy.... just like everyone was parroting last week "just stop reggie bush and tannehill will implode under rexs pressure". it just doesnt workt hat way.

liek revis or not, he changes alot of things. you arent leaving kyle wilson 1 on 1 as often. and even if you do, you also no longer have kyle wilson in the slot, making our slot coverage even worse then it was prior, which was already not good.

the statement "get pressure on brady and have our offense wake up" is quite a feet. considering our offense is bottom 3rd in the league talent wise and we are as inconsistent as it gets.

Me too. Plus if we can beat the Dolphins at home after that we'd be 5-3 going into the bye. I would be more than happy with that. To be honest I'll be satisfied with 4-4 going into the bye.

Last night in Baltimore the crowd was extremely bad for the visting team and the Patriots offense still put up 30 with the crowd and the Ravens D in the loss. That said while I think the Patriots can beat the Bills, a win by the Bills is a real possibility since the Patriots secondary looked pretty bad yesterday. Of course Buffalo lost CJ Spiller but if Fitzpatrick can throw the ball well it will certainly be a game. A loss by the Pats to the Bill would be huge.

It seems likely the 1st Patriots-Jets game will be quite important as it's highly probable they'll be near each other in the standings.

The next 4 weeks will say a lot about the AFC East.

If the Jets win the next 4 games they deserve to win the division.

But I don't think it's happening. Yes you did win a close game against Miami but Miami really is pretty bad.

Houston's is a likely loss. Houston's D is really pretty good. SF is winnable but I wonder if yesterdays loss will put a fire under them, particularly the D. Indy, a Win. Patriots. Hmmm let's wait for that fun.

Enough with the cupcake schedule bullshit. The Jets and Pats play the same schedule save for two games. Take care of business and see where you land.

That being said...Revis can have my ACL if he needs one.

yeah - virtually no chance on paper. u never know but these are the jets.

watching the ravens and pats last night - both teams are head and shoulders on the jets and the texans as well.
