Spygate was kicked off by the Pats pissing off the Jets and booting their sideline camera guy at Gillette when they played the year before.

Tanny and Mangina decided they were gonna stick it up BB's ass but good, and they certainly did. It WAS NOT just Jets security, the Jets had NFL security there to take the camera.

Mangina even got trembly voiced last month saying he was sorry and embarrassed for his part in that whole thing. One of these days he'll write a book...

For the record, since "spygate" no team has won more games than the Patriots, and they've been to more superbowls during that short time, than the Jets have in the last 43 years. Chew on THAT record

Fact is, Spygate happened before teams used radios for defensive calls. This happened after. The difference is night and day.

First you make a statement that is patently false, and despite the fact you already know it.

Secondly you try to imply that the Pats can't win without the use of cameras. Again patently WRONG.

Seems to me that all you are doing here is making it up as you go along in order to provoke Pats fans. Why then are you seemingly surprised when it works.

It could be that you protest too much. You know the real truth, but as a blinded Jets homer you can't seem to get yourself to admit it.

Maybe the "Patriot Way" wouldn't be a bad thing to study. Its beginning to look like the "Ryan way" is about to enter the final stages of its 15 minutes of fame, before it flickers and dies. But so what He did what most didn't think could be done. He made the Jets relevant Nationally and in NYC. Something that hadn't been the case for most of 4 decades. So at least he has THAT going for him....I think.

But don't despair. You will always have that division win over the Patriots and "the fantasy of spygate" to keep you warm as you watch it all disintegrate right before your eyes .

During the quarter change, the guy was probably checking the gate with his very rare break. Cameramen do it all the time. If it was during a play, maybe there'd be a tiny plume of smoke. But with the clock at 15:00 and no play clock on the board...there's no smoke, no fire because there's no defensive signals coming in while they're changing sides of the field.
