    Jets re-signed P Ben Graham.
Graham swallows his pride after the Jets tried replacing him last week with Reggie Hodges. Hodges got hurt in practice, so Graham's back in the fold.

We can't ever seem to get all three aspects to the team working well. It's either special teams & defense and our offense is terrible, or special teams and offense and our defense is terrible, and now it's offense and defense are looking good overall and our special teams is in shambles. Go Jets!

Rich Cimini, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Jets P Waylon Prather could be the team's punter Week 3 if P Reggie Hodges (thigh) is unable to play.

All the reports seem to be based upon the NY daily news report which has been pulled from their website. Guess we wait and see.

This punter thing has turned into a real time cluster f--k. It shows that Man & Tan management skills need a whole lot of sharpening

Yes, because Reggie Hodges's injury reflects on management. If you want to say they should have done more in training camp to provide some punting competition, fine, but injuries happen.

if its true that Benny G will be punting tonight. Lets say just for the sake of Argument he comes out with his best game as a jet. He has a net average of over 45 yards, is pinning the Chargers inside their ten all night. What percentage of Jets fans would be ok with hanging onto Ben? as opposed to trashing him again on tuesday?

That is EXACTLY what I am saying. To be most clear EM did not give the kicking game both FG & P much attention whatsoever in T/camp. It may NYJ luck that the new punter got injured on his 1st day on the job but punters are a dime a dozen so why Man & Tan did not have others tried out & ready to go is beyond me. Do you realize we have 4 roster spots now tied down with kickers which means we cannot improve the team in upgrading the talent on the team. IMHO that is very poor management on M & T part

Im over Graham. Even if he averages 70 yards per kick, I dont want him back. I dont need a punter that needs us to light a fire under he ass to know what his freakin job is. Your job is to kick a ball.

ok--here's how we get to know--Someone get your ass to San Diego International Airport and look for incoming flights from Australia--he's got to land no later than 6pm Eastern time.
Then, wait in the terminal and post immediately when all passengers have disenbarked.
