Absolutely love the new uniforms. Couldn't be happier with the helmet either. Was also pleasantly surprised to see the new secondary logos. Have always wanted to see them pair that NY logo they've been using as a secondary logo over the years with the jet over top of it. Never thought I'd actually see it, but was surprised and quite happy to see that they made that logo a reality. Today's one of those rare days when the Jets actually got things right. Hopefully it's not all downhill from here.
The uniforms look better than the crap they had the last few years, but what's with the horse collar? Then they ruin it by going back to that lame jets swoosh logo on the helmet.

Fucking hate these cheap-ass 80s unis. They always looked like kids pajamas that were not licensed by the NFL so they were just these dumb generic boring things with stripes and the poorly-designed logo. Barely even an upgrade over the terrible Gase-era unis. The helmet green doesn't match the jersey and pants green. So amateur. Not to mention the fact that they give me flashbacks to the other Jets laughingstock era (Coslet/Carroll/Kotite). They reek of failure. The Parcells-era unis were just about perfect. This is not hard.
They should toss the black out. Also, the green pants with green jersey looks like shit. The rest of it is okay.
Better than the uniforms they replaced, but honestly I love the Namath era logo and uni’s best…was good with the Parcells Hunter Green version too … no idea what the fuck happened with those new Nike jerseys that looked like Olive Green, but still the best uni’s we’ve ever had Honestly, Nike has just fucked up the uni’s period…stupid jersey cuts…the older Starter and Reebok uni’s looked way better And even though I grew up watching the sack exchange era teams, so this uni does have that nostalgia to it, I still think the logo is god awful…very block letter, amateur looking kindergarten crap. We have a cool team name…coulda done wonders with a cool logo…all we can think of in 50 years is to just write out the word Jets. That’s the peak of this team’s creativity. But yes…this look is a lot cleaner and I do love the current shade of green, so happy about the change as it got us out of the crap we were in, but again, we could have a great logo and we just have Jets in block letters that are a little slanty. Wow.
I wonder if the person who came up with this retro uni idea is a graduate of Michigan State.. Colors are almost identical.
Vast vast improvement. I like it and the 80s logo. Just keep these with Namath throwbacks or vice versa going forward. the v neck is weird af but that’s just Nike doing stupid stuff.
Hmmm... I don't know... but I can live with the new outfits & logo. Always had a soft spot for the Jet swoosh... but I also liked the ABA ball...
Love it, but would have loved it more if they had brought back the Kelly green instead of this forest green.
Sorry, gotta disagree. The swoosh logo on the helmet is the best logo and the only good logo they've ever had.
I had left the store window open on the PC with the black jersey page and my youngest boy just came in the room and asked "why would you be looking at Eagles jerseys Dad"? lol
Hmm….I like the Namath/Parcells oval logo best…the blocky swoosh word mark I think is pretty amateurish But overall I like this look better than the Gase one we’ve just ditched
Spot on. I know the Jets brass knows they got a crappy project on the field. So hey let's do another tweak to the uniforms, That will get the offseason jumpstarted, How many of these uni's changes have we had? Just not a lot you can do with green unless it's money. Jets the absolute Kings of the offseason uniform changes.
